My new go to stress relief

I dont know whether it is the contents or the rital of rubbing into hands inhaling and soothing on the neck and behind the ears, but whatever it is works for me. Whenever i feel a little overwhelmed at work, I reach for my Vagus Nerve Aid and it calms down - encourages a few deep breaths and reminds me to stay chilled.
