How to Use
Add 7 to 10 drops to a glass of filtered water, juice, or smoothie.
Best taken as part of your morning routine.
For topical use, add 15 drops to a warm foot bath and soak for approximately 15 minutes.

This is a great last minute purchase for a birthday. I didn't really know what to get and was sorted in a couple of minutes. Korganica have a great product range that I love and I know they will too.
