How to Use

Aromatherapy

Place a rice-grain sized crystal into a glass and add hot water.
Keep the glass approximately 15 cm away, close eyes, and inhale briefly.

Can also be used in an aromatherapy diffuser according to manufacturer instructions.

Skin & Body (External Use Only)

When properly diluted, Crystal Clear may be used as part of a cosmetic or body-care routine to create a cooling, refreshing sensation.

• Add a few small crystals to a warm bath

• Dilute in a carrier oil or water before applying to skin

• Suitable for use as a natural deodorising wipe when diluted

Always perform a patch test before broader skin use.

Hair & Scalp (External Use Only)

To create a refreshing scalp oil, dissolve ½ teaspoon of crystals into 50 ml of a carrier oil. Massage gently into scalp and hair, then rinse thoroughly.

Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

Muscles & Body Comfort

Dilute a rice-grain sized crystal into warm water or oil and massage gently into areas of tension for a cooling, soothing sensation.

Home Ritual

Place one tablespoon into a wax burner and gently vaporise the space for up to one hour to refresh the environment.
