Everybody needs a jar of Crystal Clear in their home, especially approaching flu season. If you were to use this every day, this jar should last you 6 months.
These wonderful, diverse, natural crystals brought to you from Dubai, derived from Peppermint have got so many uses and benefits. They are:

These can be used in many different ways externally. Be sure not to ingest or use on open wounds.
Aromatherapy:
When used in aromatherapy, Crystal Clear promotes easier breathing, clears sinus, soothes sore throats, alleviates fever symptoms, coughs, headaches, supports immunity and stabilises emotions.
To use this way, get a rice sized crystal, put in a glass and add hot water. Then keep at about 15cm away from face, close eyes and inhale briefly.
Can also be used in aromatherapy diffuser.
Skin:
When used on the skin, Crystal Clear provides a cooling sensation, also calming irritation, itching and burning. It also eliminates blackheads and whiteheads. It diminishes the appearance of age spots.
It cleanses the skin, leaving it looking radiant and firm. It works so well with acne (as long as there are no open wounds on the face).
Put a crystal the size of 3 rice grains in a warm bath to help with eczema, psoriasis, fungal skin issues and general skin cleansing/tightening.
Also, try putting some on a cotton round and wiping armpits to use as a natural deodorant.
(Before applying to skin, it is best to do a small patch test by applying some to the wrist or inner elbow)
Hair:
When used in hair or on the scalp, Crystal Clear regulates oil production, removing dandruff build up, removes pollutants and excess sebum, alleviating inflammation and irritation. It also stimulates circulation, aiding in hair growth. It can be used by psoriasis sufferers if there are no open wounds.
To create a hair oil that will cleanse the scalp whilst enhancing hair growth, dilute half a teaspoon of Crystal Clear with 50ml of a carrier oil of your choice and massage into scalp and strands.
Injuries:
When used for injuries, Crystal Clear provides a deep cooling sensation that helps with targeting aches, cramps, sprains and pain. It helps relax muscles, eases tension headaches, nausea and dizziness.
Add a rice sized piece to water or warm oil and massage into the affected area. You can also drench a compress in the Crystal Clear water/oil mix and keep on affected area for a few minutes.
Fever:
Reduce fever by placing a very small amount of the diluted oil or water mixture on the forehead or bottom of the feet.
Sore throat:
It reduces inflammation from a sore throat when applied topically on the neck.
Home:
Put a tablespoon in a wax burner and vaporize the area for an hour to reduce dust mites and repel all bugs.
