How To Use Sprouting Jars
1：First: Please put the seeds you need to germinate into the sprouting jar, then pour in some water and let it stand for 15-30 seconds.
2：Second: Pour the water out of the sprouting jar, and then place the sprouting jar with the seeds to be germinated on a stand and let it have enough sunlight.
3：Third: Repeat the first and second steps once a day (pour the fresh water into the sprouting jar, let it rest for 15-30 seconds, then pour it out through the strainer and let it rest on the holder and let it have enough sunlight)
4：Fourth: After 3-7 days in this way, you can get the sprouts you want
