How to Use

Prior to first use, sterilise all components by soaking in hot water for approximately 20 minutes.

Attach the tube securely to the enema bag and ensure the clamp is fitted correctly.

Fill the bag with lukewarm water. Optional: add a small amount of compatible liquid products if desired.

Hang the enema bag at a comfortable height to allow gravity-assisted flow.

Open the clamp briefly to release any trapped air, then close it.

Apply a suitable lubricant to the rectal nozzle.

Lie in a comfortable position, commonly on the left side with the right leg gently bent.

Gently insert the lubricated nozzle and slowly open the clamp to allow water flow.

Hold for a comfortable duration, up to 15 minutes, then release on the toilet.

After use, thoroughly wash all components with warm water and natural soap, then allow to air dry.
Beginner Note:
If you are new to enemas, shorter hold times are normal. Gradually increase as comfort allows.
Care & Maintenance
Clean thoroughly after each use. Ensure all components are completely dry before storing. Store in the provided bag in a clean, dry place.
